Quicken Windows Subscription Member

Hello I am a new user and trying to export a credit card register but the buttons (Print List, Export to Excel, Settings) at the top of the register are greyed out. Also get the error message:

We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested.

You may have incorrectly typed the address (URL) or clicked on an outdated link.

How do I fix this? The problem is on every register I have. This can't be right?
