My budget report does not show a property tax payment from my escrow account

Question

I have verified that my escrow account is included in the account list for my report, and that property taxes (which I have as a subordinate category under Housing) is selected for the report. That omission is the biggest variance in my spending from beginning of year to end of last month. How do I correct that/

More detail on this bug, and I think there is a subtle bug at play here: I have now had to enter the same property tax payment from my escrow account for the third time. The first two times I made that entry, it disappeared. There seems to be a problem with a biannual scheduled payment from an escrow account posting correctly. I manually re-entered that payment, and it now shows in the report.

Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)? >My Quicken data file is stored on my local hard drive. * Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they? >Of note: this is a Wells Fargo mortgage. I recently had trouble updating from the Wells Fargo site, and deleted the automatic download.
