My budget report does not show a property tax payment from my escrow account

I have verified that my escrow account is included in the account list for my report, and that property taxes (which I have as a subordinate category under Housing) is selected for the report. That omission is the biggest variance in my spending from beginning of year to end of last month. How do I correct that/

    Hi Anja,

I am committed to helping make Quicken, which is a fairly complex product with many interfaces to other online services, into a better product, so let's try this…

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?

    >My Quicken data file is stored on my local hard drive.

    • Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they?

    >Of note: this is a Wells Fargo mortgage. I recently had trouble updating from the Wells Fargo site, and deleted the automatic download. I have not found a way to add it back.

    • When did this issue first start occurring?

    >This is a new phenomenon, reflecting the fact that I have recently become more aggressive in exploring the budget reporting features. I transitioned back to a Windows computer, and Quicken Windows, less than a year ago.

    • Were there any significant changes to your system or software before the issue began (updates, new installations, etc.)?

    >See my above notes concerning downloads of Wells Fargo mortgage accounts. I have recently adjusted the payment dates and amounts for my property tax payments. My escrow account still shows a clock icon, suggesting that I have pending tasks, although I did enter the payment into the escrow account ledger.

    • Could you please provide screenshots of what you are seeing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    >I don't know what screenshots would be of interest here. The payment is posted to the escrow account ledger (dated April 30), but is not listed on a budget report for custom dates, from January 1 through April 30.

More detail on this bug, and I think there is a subtle bug at play here: I have now had to enter the same property tax payment from my escrow account for the third time. The first two times I made that entry, it disappeared. There seems to be a problem with a biannual scheduled payment from an escrow account posting correctly. I manually re-entered that payment, and it now shows in the report.
