reporting a problem with online backup

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭

when I report a problem with online backup i receive a message I cannot submit because there are too many attachments. Should I send only the online backup txts? Not sure which attachments to send, it will only send with 8 not 10 attachments.

    Don't bother to send any attachment that has OLD in the name. It replicates another attachment.

    yes it did! I had 2 OLD attachments, bringing the number of attachments to 8. Thank you

    The fine print on the Report a Problem procedure states that you will not receive a response to your submission. And, most likely, nobody will help solve the problem.

    Please contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and discuss your Online Backup issue with them and/or start a new discussion and let us know about this problem.

    thanks for the update…I was trying to give Q feedback to what might be a small glitch, not looking for a solve.
