Quicken for mac canada cannot connect to Scotiabank

I just upgraded Quicken with Version 8.2 (Build 801.56902.100) and Quicken cannot access Scotiabank anymore. Here is the message:

"Quicken cannot connect to this account"

"Connection to Scotia bank. is unavailable right now. Please try again later. If this error persists for more than 24 hours, please contact Quicken care. (FDP-102)"

    If you haven't done so already and if the problem still persists, please contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report this as an Online Banking issue. Let Support review your download log files for possible escalation to higher support levels.
