I keep getting an error message saying" We encountered a problem processing your request. Please try again later." every day. When I try to log into my Shell credit card site account with the same Login information.
Same with Exxon Credit card

Just to clarify—are you seeing this error when trying to add the Shell and Exxon credit card accounts to Quicken, or when trying to update them? I checked internally and don’t currently see either of those financial institutions listed in your file, so this info will help narrow things down.

Yes, I am seeing this error when trying to log into the account to link it to my Quicken software.
It is stored on my C drive the file.
I disabled my antivirus software as your suggested. Same issue still.
Started first occurring last month.
No Major system updates at all. Image below
