Trying to find info on how to get a refund for Quicken Simplifi

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund for my Quicken Simplifi subscription. Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues that have significantly impacted my experience with the service.
Firstly, I have noticed that the application does not navigate properly with my bank, leading to frequent disconnections that require me to reconnect my account regularly. Additionally, the platform has been duplicating my transactions, which necessitates daily adjustments on my part to maintain accurate records.
Given these ongoing challenges, I am uncertain whether the issues stem from my bank or the application itself. However, the persistent difficulties have made it difficult for me to utilize the service effectively.

The refund policy for Quicken Simplifi is the same as it is for Quicken Classic: The request for a refund must be made within 30 days after ordering the subscription. This Simplifi Support Article talks about this and also tells you how to submit the request a refund:
