How to get rid of calculator when trying to make a checkbook register entry?

With one of my accounts - only one, I suddenly can't enter the payment amount with the keyboard; I must use the calculator hovering on the right of the payment amount. I can't see what is different about this set up from my other accounts where this does not happen. The calculator is there, but I don't have to use it. And I don't. Suddenly, on one account, I must. How do I get rid of this?

I would like to see an image snapshot of this account register, together with the column title lines.
In a second image, capture a snapshot of a register which is working properly.
