StarOne FCU connection with Mac Classic

I've been struggling for about a week with directconnect to my StarOne FCU accounts. I've had small outages before that lasted a day or two. Sometimes I've had to reconnect the accounts. This time it's been more persistent and resetting the connection isn't working. I'm running Quicken Classic Deluxe version 8.2.0 in macOS 15.4.1.

Upon reviewing your account, I am seeing that you have received multiple different errors with this financial institution. Could you please tell us which error you are currently seeing on your end?
If possible, it would also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you are seeing. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

@Quicken Anja I am seeing this with Quicken Classic for Windows too. Its been failing for a couple of weeks. Resetting the account doesn't help. Here's the message I get in Quicken -
