Connectivity Issues with Online Banking Accounts

I've been having similar problems on Windows. In some cases, it shows an error but has actually downloaded.

Since you are on Windows, I went ahead and split your comment off into it's own thread and in a Windows category.
Are the issues you are experiencing also with StarOne FCU, or with a different financial institution? If the latter, please provide the name of the financial institution(s) you are having trouble with and elaborate on what exactly you are experiencing (e.g., are you seeing error messages/codes, unable to download but with no error, etc.)?
Additionally, it would also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you are seeing. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Sorry, slow to see this, Anja. I had sent the info via Quicken problem report. It seems to be working fine, now.
