This issue has been happening again with invoices from Quicken going to recipients spam folder - even when I have a copy emailed to my email it goes to my spam folder. Is this happening again to others - any suggestions and why this keeps happening. Thanks

    Hello @QuincyTedee,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The issue you're experiencing with Quicken invoices going to spam is something we've seen reported by other users as well. It’s related to how Quicken currently sends email invoices—specifically, the emails don’t fully comply with certain email authentication protocols like DKIM and DMARC. As a result, some email providers flag them as suspicious or spam.

We encourage you to visit and follow this active Idea post on the Quicken Community regarding this issue:

🔗 Support proper DKIM and DMARC alignment for emailed invoices

You can add your vote and feedback there to help prioritize this improvement. In the meantime, a common workaround is to manually save the invoice as a PDF and send it through your personal or business email account to avoid spam filters.

Let me know if you need help with that or anything else!
