CC-502 Torrance Community Credit Union

I am unable to do Express Web Connect for Torrance Community Credit Union ever since they updated their website from www.mytccu.org to www.cue-branch.com. I removed the online connection and tried to set it up again, but it failed to connect and gave me a CC-502 error. I tried connecting using www.torrancccu.org, but it gave me the same error. Please advise. Thanks.

I was able to confirm that you are also internally receiving a CC-502 (FDP-102) error with your Torrance Community Credit Union account(s). A CC-502 error is caused by maintenance on the bank's servers that Quicken uses to download transactions.

We recommend that you don't deactivate and reactivate your account(s) to troubleshoot this specific issue, as it could cause other problems. 

First, I suggest that you review the instructions located within this Support Article. It is always recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting.
