American Express not adding to bills and income tab

Trey to add AE on the billing and income tab and it says authenticating but never does. Worked in the past. Is there a problem with the Quicken American interface.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Upon reviewing, I can see that American Express is currently showing as a healthy biller, I can also see that there is a successful sync and connection with your account to the American Express biller. Are you attempting to add a different instance? Do you receive any error codes or messages?

    I went ahead and performed an internal refresh on the account, please wait 24 hours and attempt to connect again. If the issue is still occurring, please respond here with the answers to the above questions.

    Still not working. Deleted AE from list on Bills and income list . Tried to adds back as on line biller. Says authenticating wheel spins then says bill synch in progress. Leaves box that says with ! to left of AE on the list .Says still connecting to AE

    Now worked when I clicked on the fix it box on the right. All good now. Thanks

    Same problem with Spectrum adding to bills and income tab.

    With spectrum it says authentication in progress but never gets to bill synch in progress.

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm glad to hear the issue with American Express was resolved.

    As for the issue you’re experiencing with Spectrum—I checked the internal status of this Online Biller, and unfortunately, it is currently showing a degraded status. This is why it’s failing to connect. The issue has been reported internally, though we don’t have an ETA for when it will be resolved.
