Quicken Mac downloading a Credit Card file backwards. Charges to Deposits, Deposits to Charges

As it says above, since my Financial Institution redid their software about 3 months ago, I hadn't used the Credit Card. I needed to use it, and now discover that Charges come in as Deposits and Deposits come in as charges.

I manually correct it by moving to correct column

I called and talked with support, but he couldn't understand, my problem. He just said that Credit Cards work differently than Checking accounts. But when I have a balance of $55 and I go to Financial Institution and move $55 to the account, CU says its a Zero balance, when Quicken puts it in the charge column, and makes it a $110 balance in red. I manually move from Charge to Payment or Visa Versa, and all is good., But a small pain.

@Tom11 This type of problem is specific to a particular financial institution; it is not happening globally with Quicken Mac. What is the name of the financial institution? It's most likely that the financial institution is sending the transactions with the wrong signs. (It's also possible that they were doing it wrong in the past, and Quicken put in a fix to flip the signs, and now has to remove the old fix.)

Name of Institution is LBS Financial Credit Union.

Same one that after the change of their software, ONLY Savings accounts have the wrong online balance doing a Reconcile. It picks up the Available Balance which is $5 less. So have to enter last balance manually.

    So two distinct problems…

Still not fixed, and LBS Financial Credit Union and Quicken Classic Deluxe.

Balance was ZERO, and I got a refund of $13.xx from Home Depot, and it appears in Quicken as a CHARGE.

Quicken support didn't help, and LBS Financial Credit Union… hasn't helped.
