I have called twice trying to get Ally Invest transactions into Quicken and each time have gotten different answer that from support. Now they are telling me the issue is Ally not Quicken, however, [Removed - 3rd party software] download all of my accounts without an issue. The issue seems to be related to the Quicken \ Ally connection. How can we escalate this to the developers for resolution. I am ready to cancel my subscription and ask for my money back.
