The issue is currently in queue for resolution. While I don’t have a specific ETA to share at this time, the resolution is moving forward and should be included in an upcoming update.

Thank you for the quick reply. For clarification: when you say "included in an upcoming update" does that mean the monthly software update? Or will this be resolved with an automatic patch in the background of some sort? And, how will I know it has been. resolved?
What I don't want to do is to keep posting the same question over and over again or to go into Quicken to change the connection back to Direct Connect to see if it has been resolved and if not to go and switch it back to Quicken-connect.

The resolution is currently in progress and involves coordination with the financial institution and our service providers. Because of this, the fix will likely be applied behind the scenes, and unfortunately, we don’t have specific details on timing at this moment.

At this time, there are no new updates to share beyond what I previously mentioned. The resolution is still in progress and being coordinated with our service providers and the financial institution. As noted, the fix will likely be implemented behind the scenes rather than through a regular software update.

Thank you for following up again on ticket CTP-13114!
I’m happy to share that the internal ticket has now been marked as resolved. The fix was deployed at the end of last week, and the changes should now be live. Specifically, the unnecessary entries have been removed from the list as intended.
If you’re still seeing issues or unexpected behavior, please let us know so we can investigate further. Otherwise, things should now be working as expected behind the scenes—no manual action should be needed on your end.

Thank you. I am uncertain if this is working normally or not. I reconnected to Direct-Connect and there are all sorts of discrepancies which I fixed manually. I will wait a few days to see if these sort themselves out.
