Still having issues with connecting to bank accounts. Now the problem is, when re-activating the connection to my bank, two of the five accounts, in Quicken, are trying to link to the old, deactivated bank accounts, not the current bank accounts.
This discussion can be closed. It seems the issue is corrected. I was able to fix the issues after finding an article on the Quicken website regarding Error Message CC-800. For reference, the article I am referring to is titled: "Error Message When Updating Accounts: CC-800" with the Updated date and time of April 15, 2025, 8:14 PM.
However, what is different from my issue and the article text is that I didn't deactivate or delete an account and then restore a Quicken backup file. I had restored a Quicken backup file a few weeks ago, and worked in Quicken several times after restoring the backup. But then, I started receiving the error messages.
I was able to reactivate and link the accounts I was having trouble with, so I am considering this issue fixed.
Thank you for your responses.
