Be able to 'disable' an account from on-line updates without disconnecting it.

There are some accounts that require 2 pass authorization that I would like to skip at times when I fire off Online Update, but that is not possible. On the Mac (I do not know about Windows) when you try an update, every connected account updates.

But there I times I would like to skip one or more accounts in the Update without having to Disconnect the account (which requires reconnecting it again later, a total pain in the ***). I would like to see a check box or button that says "skip next update", or even better just a check box that says "skip", which does so until I turn it check that box, so when I do an Online Update, it skips that account. OR alternately, you could have an "Online" check box that can be unchecked for accounts you want to skip for the time being, but not deleting all the connection info. This would also allow me to set up an account before I am ready to use it. I would think this would be a very simple addition as well. Thanks for considering.

@MajorHavoc FWIW, Quicken Windows does have a way to exclude accounts from automatically updating via checkboxes -

If I want to exclude an account or FI from One Step Update (OSU), I simply uncheck the box and click on "Apply". In Windows, there is also way to update the accounts with the financial institution (FI) individually (but as a group) and bypassing the OSU.

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for but if so, maybe they can program something similar in Quicken Mac.
