Why am I getting weird names now?

All of the sudden the names of dowloaded entries are coming in as a Xx xx, then the rest of a name. Multiple errors like this? [Removed - Language]

    @johnvon is this happening for one account or all? If just one, it could be what's coming through from the financial institution.

    Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

    Please save images to files of file type PNG or JPG only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

    Wondering if a recently added or changed Renaming Rule is causing that problem …
