Can Qwin auto update currency exchange?

I read the office help guide where it says there is a button / function somewhere in the Currency List where the software can update foreign exchange rate for you. but I can't find it, either in the main list, or going into a specific currency pair like below. Anyone know?

Once Multiple Currencies is turned on in the preferences you should see this in the One Steup Update settings:

I think the ability to download the currency exchange rates is a feature available only in Premier and above. I don't see this option in Deluxe.

I am also trying to the Mac deluxe version, that seems to let me update FX rates.

Yes, now that you mention it, I remember that is the case.
This is a case where Quicken Mac has a feature (at a lower edition in this case) what Quicken Windows doesn't have. Another in the case would be the fact that Quicken Mac and update transactions from both US and Canadian institutions, whereas Quicken Windows US only downloads from US financial institutions and Quicken Windows Canadian only downloads from Canadian financial institutions.

@Chris_QPW wow that's huge. I just tried indeed it can sync my Canadian RBC account where Windows can't.
now that I've played around with it, the issue I have with the Mortgage setting is that Canada has different mortgage structure than the US where it allows floating rate mortgage. you get to change that, ie fixed or floating every 5 years within your 25 or 30 year mortgage). Most US mortgages are fixed for the whole term. for example it's not allowing me to change the interest rate to floating.

For US loans they can be fixed or adjustable, but they can't be changed for the life of the loan. And it seems that they also have different amortization rules. In the US is compounding is almost always monthly, and it seems that for Canada it is ever 6 months.
See this idea:
If your principal country is Canada, you should consider Quicken Windows Canada instead of Quicken Windows US. But there are definite negatives to that decision and a few of positives.
I mentioned downloading transactions, and that goes a bit deeper in that none of the Canadian financial institutions support Direct Connect or Express Web Connect +. Mostly it is only Web Connect. And I believe there is a problem with using Express Web Connect with RBC that has been going on for years. You should check out the "All things Canadian" category under the Quicken Windows discussions for more details on the problems Quicken Windows Canadian users are having and to post where a Canadian user would respond.
The Canadian version is also missing almost all of the other online services like bill pay, Zillow, MorningStar X-Ray portfolio, …
The one bright side of Quicken Windows Canadian is it has the best multiple currency support of any version of Quicken. For instance, it is the only version that keeps a currency exchange history.
