These CC-800 errors seems to have several different causes which makes it difficult to find a permanent solution.

Hello All,
We understand how inconvenient CC-800 errors can be, and we sincerely thank you for your ongoing patience.
This error is often linked to actions like restoring backups or switching between multiple Quicken files, though we recognize that’s not always the case for everyone. Our team is continuing to work on enhancements that will help improve how this error is handled and lessen its impact moving forward.
Thank you!
(CTP-12582)-Quicken Anja

All my bank / credit card accounts have deactivated … again. Did not restore backups, switch between files. Basically only requested an update and everything disconnected. Not the first time this has happened to me. Please fix this continuing issue.
