Vanguard Complete Investment tracking.

I have been using Classic forever. Today I started having a issue with Vanguard. I reset my Vanguard Roth which was connected to complete. After reconnecting the account is now set on simple. The Complete check box is not available(grayed out). I deactivated and reactivated the account per the instructions and Complete is still grayed out. Is there a fix or will I need to remove the account entirely and set it up again?
