Memorized Payees and QuickFill

NEW - Create Categorization Rules based on account or amount.You can now define categorization rules that apply based on the account used or the transaction amount.For example, a Costco purchase on a personal credit card can be categorized as Shopping, while the same payee on a business card is categorized as Business Expense.You can also create rules based on amount—for instance, categorize Exxon transactions under $20 as Snacks, and over $20 as Fuel.See the Memorized Payee List or check the Help for more details.

    Indeed, and with tax in So Cal is $1.65. My once a month indulgence! Now only if Q could use AI to categorize my wine and alcohol purchase there …

    @BK oh yes the sales tax I forgot about that. I am in So Cal also, but the sales tax here is 8.75%, so my total would be $1.63. What a bargain!

    As for wine and alcohol, I am still getting used to liquor being available in grocery stores in CA. In MN, any kind of liquor, except for 3.2 beer was not allowed to be sold in grocery stores. Only was sold in liquor stores and until recently, they were not open on Sundays. Some cities or suburbs have city owned and run liquor stores.

    Both Costco and Sam's club sold liquor, but they had separate outside entrances.
