Cannot reconcile Charles Schwab accounts

Question

Reconcile is not working for my Charles Schwab accounts.

It is working for all other accounts.

The Reconcile window for a Schwab account has the notice that Previous close date is N/A.

If I enter the current statement date and dollar values, the next screen shows hundreds of transactions from the beginning of account opening instead of just the last statement month.

I have also noted a new Heading at the bottom of the accounts list labeled "Separate".

Below that "More Accounts".  Click on that link brings up a window showing every account I have ever had.  They all show a 0.00 balance except for a PNC checking account that shows a balance over $10,000.  Which is false.  That account was closed months ago.

It is my opinion that the last Quicken update has caused these problems.  Is it possible to restore a previous version?

It is obvious Quicken is making no effort to resolve their problem.

It is the reconcile failure that I need corrected.
