Why wont Sea Ltd (SE) stay added to my security list? All others do very easily

I regularly add securities by inputting the symbol and confirming it to be added to my list. When I do that for Sea Ltd (SE) it does not hold or get recognized, even though it shows as a security after I enter the symbol.

Did you accidentally mark the new security as "hidden"?
And, when looking at the Security List, exclude hidden securities (checkbox at the bottom of the view)?

Good thought but no. It is not hidden. All goes as normal when entering it but the Sempra Energy shows up in the 'buy' box. (That is in my list as symbol SRE.

Do you have more than one security entered in your Security List using the same ticker symbol?
Sort the Security List by Symbol and look for duplicates.

Also, if you would, show us an excerpt of the Security List, sorted by security name, so we can see Sea Ltd and surrounding entries.

    Oh, I forgot to mention:
You cannot buy shares of a security defined as "Type = Market Index". This type is reserved for true market indices like Dow Jones, etc. Change Type to "Stock" or any other applicable type.

@Herkpy - does the correct security appear when you type in "sea"?

Thanks, Yes, I had SE for Sempra Energy, even though I also had SRE as well.

All fixed now. Appreciate the guidance.
