Quicken for Mac not downloading transactions for Xplore Federal Credit Union.

Just like the Title says. It hasn't worked for 2 days.

    Upon review, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-185 error internally with your Xplore Federal Credit Union account(s). An FDP-185 error usually occurs because your financial institution has added a new security feature that requires your attention before your account can be updated. This could be a new verification step that needs to be completed on the financial institution's website. 

    First, I suggest following the instructions in this Support Article in an attempt to resolve the issue. It is always recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

    Could this be the problem:

    What is IDCheck?

    IDCheck is a new tool to help prevent fraudulent activity on Shared Branch accounts/transactions!


    This tool verifies the member's ID and cross-checks their information with the issuing credit union's account records. It not only helps prevent fraud but also streamlines transactions, making the process simpler and more efficient for members.


    Here's how to get started:

    • Visit "verify.coop.org"
    • Select your Credit Union’s name from a drop-down list
    • Enter your Member number and the last 4 digits of your social security number
    • Upload a photo of your ID and take a selfiie.
    • TIP: “Save your validation for an even quicker experience next time!
    • Show your one-time passcode to the teller (passcode is valid for 20 minutes)


    Be sure to ask the transaction specialists in your branch for any additional information.
