I am in Hong Kong, and the registration process requires that I enter a zip code. But we don't have zip codes in Hong Kong. What should I do?

You can try using the zip code for Quicken Inc. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see it (94025). There is no guarantee that it will work but I don't think the zip code requested for the Quicken.com account really has any function.

However, if the zip code is being required for a credit card transaction then having the correct zip code is important as the transaction cannot be completed without it..

I you run into an issue with the zip code you will probably need to contact Quicken Support via online Chat or via Phone Call ( https://www.quicken.com/support/search-opt/ ). I believe they can help you complete the purchase.

You should note that Quicken Classic is not designed for use outside of the USA or Canada. It can be used manually but you will not be able to download any financial data from non-USA or Canada financial institutions.

Since most of the benefit for Quicken Subscription is for online services (such as downloading from banks and investments financial institutions), then maybe Quicken Subscription might not be of much benefit to you. Another option you might want to consider is to download and install Quicken Deluxe 2013 for Windows. It has most of the manual features that you can get with Quicken Subscription. You can download the installation file for no cost from Quicken 2013 for Windows.
