anyone else seeing OL-393-A with TD Bank? resolved..?

Started this morning. Using Direct Connect. Given the problems a while ago with TD Bank, can someone from Quicken investigate? Yes, I've verified credentials, no hidden accounts. Yes enabled for bank bill pay. Quicken Premier Windows

Edit: very weird. the OFX logs showed it DID connect and showed the transactions. I tried again a few minutes ago and it worked normally.

So why did Quicken report an OL-393-A when the QFX log showed a normal connection?

    Hello @digitalmediaphile,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I am happy to hear that it was just a small blip in the connection for you. This error can occur for any of the following reasons:

    • The Quicken account has some incorrect account information or is hidden.
    • The Quicken account is activated for download, but the financial institution no longer has the account available on their server.
    • The Quicken account has online bill payment activated, but it has not been signed up for at the financial institution.

You can view this Support Article for more information and troubleshooting steps in case the error occurs again.

    I hope this helps!

Yes! Transactions from TD Bank stopped downloading after 6/20. I've de/reactivated the account multiple times. (Reactivation returns a CC-555 error code.) Then I reset the account, then went through the process of re-authorizing it. No change, except now I'm getting an error message when I try to reset the account again:

    "Account Reset Failed

! Quicken could not complete the account reset.

This could be caused by a temporary problem connecting with your financial institution or an incorrect password. Please try again.

If you get this message after multiple attempts, please wait a few days and try again or contact Quicken Customer Support."

Edit: Quicken Classic Business & Personal; using Direct Connect; confirmed bank username & password; confirmed that "Quicken Windows 2018" is authorized for access to bank. Is this a synonym for the version I'm using (QCB&P)?

Started seeing INTERMITTENT OL-393-A errors again this morning with TD Bank. Nothing here has changed. The logs look normal.
