How do I reconcile a credit card account?

I'm using Quicken 2000 on Windows and it still works really well for me. Just come across a problem whereby the payment from my bank account to the credit card account appears in the reconcile as 0.00, even though it's €200+ and has been correctly reconciled on the bank statement. I'm not having this problem on GBP £ credit card account. Weird. Any help would be very gratefully received. Thank you.

IIRC, the Quicken for Windows versions in the US did not support foreign currencies prior to Quicken 2004. Everything was assumed to be US$ only.
Are you using an international version of Quicken for Windows?
Are your bank account and the credit card account defined as being in different currencies?
Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
