Reconciliation Issues - PNC Checking Account

Out of the blue I am having trouble reconciling my PNC checking account. When I try to reconcile it brings up a difference amount (it should balance). If I close out the reconciliation window and reopen it brings up a different amount. It's showing multiple $0 debits with a date 0/0/1900. I am running the most recent update. I've shut down and reopened Quicken.

    To better assist you, could you please provide the following details?

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
    • Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they?
    • When did this issue first start occurring?
    • Were there any significant changes to your system or software before the issue began (updates, new installations, etc.)?

    Which version of QWin are you running (see Help > About Quicken)?

    Did this issue start after you had updated the software to the current installed version?

    Which connection method and PNC financial institution is your account set up with? Direct Connect? Express Web Connect+? The name of the Add Account PNC financial institution? You can easily get this information from the Account List and the Online Services tab of Account Details.

    I solved by restoring a back up version of my data file and downloaded more recent transactions. For reference, I running Premier version R63.21, version 27.1.63.21. This occurred after the last Quicken Update. I use Express Web Connect. Data is stored on my hard drive. I've always used PNC - Direct Connect.
