Is the student loan servicer Nelnet supported by Quicken and One Step Update?

Hello @BTisdale,
We appreciate you reaching out with your question!
Nelnet is not currently in our financial institution list, which means it isn’t supported for One Step Update or direct downloads in Quicken.
For a financial institution to support downloads into Quicken and be added to our bank list, they must submit a request to our service providers directly. Unfortunately, this process can only be initiated by the financial institution—not by Quicken or individual users.
If you'd like to see Nelnet supported, we recommend reaching out to Nelnet directly and requesting that they offer Quicken integration. Let them know you'd like to be able to download your student loan account information into Quicken.
Hope this helps!

@Quicken Anja I did find "https://auth.nelnet.studentaid.gov" associated with the FI = Firstmark Services - Student Loans.
But the strange thing is that Firstmark Services - Student Loans doesn't show up when you try to add a new account.

Interesting. Did you find it in the FIDIR? That’s where I’m seeing it too, but just like you, I don’t see it in the Quicken program when trying to add a new account.
I’ll pass this along internally to have it looked into further.

@Quicken Anja yes, I did find it in the FIDIR. The other thing I noticed is that is has entry than is different that the usual format.

Great, thanks for confirming! I forwarded it along. Although I likely won't hear back until after the weekend.

Firstmark Services - Student Loans is, indeed, in FIDIR.TXT … but it didn't come up in my Q either when I tried to add it.
