How to install Quicken on second Mac

The Quicken website says I can install my subscription program (Quicken Classic for Mac) on as many computers as I like. But when I go to the website from my second computer and log in, the site says that "it looks like you don't have a subscription," and invites me to subscribe a second time. How can I inform the site that I already have a subscription, and I just want to install it on this second computer?

Make sure you're logging into the right place. Go to quicken.com, click on the Sign In button, then click on My Account (or you can just go directly to myaccount.quicken.com). Once you're logged in there you should see on the Overview tab there are download links for both Windows and Mac versions of Quicken Classic.

Getting Quicken installed and registered on the second computer should not pose a problem, as the above replies advise. But a key question is what you intend to do with it on the second Mac. If your goal is to use a single Quicken data file between both machines, there are some very important caveats and procedures you need to follow in order to make it work and not suffer possible data loss.

If you log into your online Quicken.com account from your 2nd Mac you will be able to download and install the software from there. It should then install with it already being logged into to your Quicken.com account so you should not be prompted to resubscribe.

Thank you, folks. Jon solved the problem for me. And I appreciate Jacobs's warning.
