Since 6/16 my Quicken Premier has not been able to download transactions from my CIBC accounts (3 accounts). Holdings prices update, but no transactions downloaded. I get a OL-301-A error code, and "general error" narrative when I try to update these accounts…all other accounts download perfectly.
I am able to sign in to CIBC directly using my credentials without problem. I have gone through several attempts to deactivate/reactivate the accounts through Quicken, but also get an error code of cannot complete: "not your fault, it is a problem on our end".
Anybody have suggestions?
