Which account costs me less? I'm 78 years old. I don't need business software.

This is a forum, not a chat room. You post a question and when someone with an answer reads it, they post a response. It could be minutes later or days.

Deluxe Edition of Quicken Classic should do nicely for anyone not needing the business features. If you are still using QW2017, why change to subscription (2018+) unless you are wanting to be able to download transactions from your financial institutions. Keep in mind, that capability only lasts for 12 months and then you have to renew the license at the current going rate, whatever it might be.

Note that even though the Quicken website states it per month you can only pay for by the year, and only extend a subscription within 6 months of it expiring.

To save money, start looking at Quicken subscriptions online (Amazon, Walmart, Office Depot, Staples, etc) six months before you want to renew. You'll find that there are short-term (one day or week) specials that can save a lot of money. Once you purchase a renewal, you can use it to renew anytime less than six months before your renewal date.
