Option to have Statement Balance on reminders [Edited]

My credit card payments are based on the last "Statement Balance"
In Edit Transfer Reminder/Estimate amount for me, the only option is "Current Balance"
Would like an option for the last statement balance for bill reminders

Select Previous Payments and then choose 1 payments. Of course I'm assuming you pay it off each month.

I think if you link the Reminder to an Online bill and everything is working correctly, it lets you use the balance it extracts from the statement as the estimate.
I tried this a while ago and found it to be unreliable, and the estimate would be zero for the period after the previous payment was received until the new statement was issued. This makes the Projected balances inaccurate.
Perhaps this has improved recently.

The problem with this suggestion is it doesn’t tell how Quicken would determine the statement balance. This information that is provided by the financial institution in the transaction download information.
As stated by @Jim_Harman can do this when connected to an online bill, but I had the same experience as he did in that it could be unreliable. It also, it turns off any of the other ways of estimating. Like for instance using an average payment for the period, between the payment and the next statement date.
One thought would be to be able to provide the statement date and use the current balance on that date. It wouldn’t be perfect, but would better than what currently exists. If it could subtract returns between the statement date and payment date it would be even better.
