Request Quicken connectivity to the new Ent Credit Union credit cards

How do I request Quicken establish connections for credit card not supported by Quicken?

Ent Credit Union recently pulled their credit card administration in-house. Formerly Ent credit cards were administered through Elan Financial Services and a connection could be easily be created in Quicken to download and manage transactions. Ent Credit Union issued new credit cards to all their customers. The new credit cards are not available in Quicken, "Add Account".

    You don't do that thru Quicken. The Financial Institution needs to contact Intuit, who provides all of the connectivity for Quicken, and sign their contract to become a "Participating Financial Institution".

    Same problem here. The ENT credit union shows up, but the DXonline they use for the VISA is another different login. It doesn't show up as a choice when trying to ADD ACCOUNT.
