Won't connect to LCEF - Error CC-503

Windows Version R63.21 Build 27.1.63.21 In the last few days when I Update Accounts, it no longer connects to my LCEF account. The message I get is that the Login Information is incorrect. I get a CC-503 error. There is a 'Fix It' button that does something (spinning graphics of some kind) but it never asks for my log in information.
For the record, I haven't changed my log in information. I use it to log into the LCEF on their website just fine.
How do I address this?
Edit: Ok, I tried the Deactivate/Activate process. That did not seem to work.

After reviewing your account, we’re seeing two internal errors: FDP-103 (CC-503) and FDP-185 (CC-585).
Please take a moment to review and follow the steps outlined in these support articles:
If the issue persists after following these instructions, then, as stated at the bottom of both articles, you’ll need to contact Quicken Support directly. Our support agents will collect and review your log files and escalate the issue if necessary.

I had tried the Error CC-503 solution once before and it didn't work. But, I tried it again, and now things seem to be fine. It is acting normally. Fingers crossed that it remains that way. Thanks.
