Good day to all.

I have been getting a CC800 message for my 3 accounts at Ally Bank for about a week.

The strange thing is that the daily balance and transactions are downloading.

I have deactivated all of the accounts and re-added them but still get this error message.

As long as balances and transactions are coming in, I'm fine. But it bugs me that I am still getting the error message.

    Upon checking your account internally, we’re seeing an FDP-185 (CC-585) error occurring. We recommend reviewing the following support article for more information.

    Additionally, please review the Community Alert regarding CC-800 errors, as this is also a known issue currently being investigated. There's no ETA for a resolution at this time, but you can follow the alert for updates as they become available.

    We know these lingering errors can be frustrating, especially when downloads are still working—thank you for your patience while we work toward a fix!

    Anja,

    I tried something a bit different and it has worked so far (2 updates):

    1. De-activate the 3 accounts
    2. Sign off as a user
    3. Sign back in as a user
    4. Add the accounts

    No error messages of any sort.

    We'll see what happens tomorrow morning!

    Still working.

    Logging out must clear the connection tokens for deactivated accounts. One creates new ones when re-adding the account.
