Amazon Store Card eBill

I've noticed that the eBill for Amazon Store Car parses the Minimum Due and (Total)Amount Due incorrectly. It is putting the Minimum in as the (Total) Amount Due and the Minimum as N/A. Anyone else see the same?

Hello @TimXXX,
Thanks for reaching out!
- 1. Which financial institution is listed as the provider for your Amazon Store Card in Quicken? (For example, is it Synchrony Bank?)
- 2. Are you seeing this issue consistently each month, or did it just start happening recently?
- 3. When you click into the eBill details, do both the Minimum Due and Total Amount Due fields show up at all, or is one actually missing or showing as N/A?
- 4. Are you using any scheduled transactions linked to this eBill? If so, does it autofill the incorrect amount?
- 5. Have you tried removing and re-adding the eBill to see if the parsing resets?
Let me know!
