Return of Capital does not adjust cost basis
I've entered a test RoC transaction for an existing security, and played with the dollar amount to see how it affects the cost basis for the security. The cost basis does not change at all, with or without the transaction, no matter what the amount is.
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? I think I'm following the instructions for RoC transactions (both from Quicken and from support).
I've got the latest version of Q for Mac, 8.2.1 (802.57282.100).
