Truist did a recent update to their quicken servers, since then, OSU has not worked. I have deactivated and then set up my accounts repeatedly, and still no OSU.
The account details tab shows the accounts are set up for transaction download, but Truist does not appear in my password vault, and doesn't appear in the OSU list during updates.
Last, a checking account that I have had for 8+ years, with thousands of transactions, has had the 'red flag' for unaccepted downloaded transactions for quite some time, and the downloaded transactions list is blank. Quicken will not allow this account to be deactivated, or reset, and does not appear on the setup list as an account to link back to Truist.
