Citibank errors

having a problem for over a week now where citbank can only handle one account connection at a time. I have to alternatively disconnect and then reconnect acccounts to get any downloads and i get messages that Quicken cannot find accounts at citibank when they are clearly there. Looks like only one account dowload works at a time even though all should be connnected and it worked previsouly.

I am having a similar Citibank issue but I only have one acct with them.

When I run an update, my Citibank acct transactions are downloaded OK but the Update Summary says "Citibank is reporting connection issues. The associated accounts can't update right now. We are investigating the issue."

So my Citibank transactions are downloaded into Quicken OK but the Update Summary error message says they were not downloaded.
