PNC & Discover accounts throw errors frequently

having same problems with PNC, Discover accounts at least weekly sometimes multiple times per week. One day some accounts download but others error out with CC-501,502, 297-a errors. Has Quicken responded with any solutions

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing intermittent issues connecting with PNC and Discover. Are you currently seeing any error messages/codes with these financial institutions? If so, what is the exact error you are seeing (if possible, please include a screenshot of the error, with any personal information removed)? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Is there anything that is coinciding with when these errors occur? For example, a computer/program update? Do you use a VPN or anti-virus program? If you do, please try pausing those programs when using Quicken.

Thank you for confirming that you are seeing OL-297 errors with PNC. This is a known issue which has already been escalated internally for investigation and resolution.
