Telling me I've put in wrong credentials. I can go to Edward Jones website and put in the same credentials (which is correct) and get in, but Quicken can't
anyone getting this edward jones connection error that just started today for me. BTW … I sent quicken the report. below is error report:

Same issue here. I'm logged into my EJ account without issue, but Quicken says I've input incorrect login credentials.
Where do we navigate to Help>Report a Problem? I cannot find where to do that.

I am having exactly the same problem. Everything was fine until today. I have reported the issue from the error popup link.

Unable to direct connect to Edward Jones starting Sunday July 13th
It seems like only a few people are having this issue. Has anyone found a work around? I have tried logging out, disconnecting EJ from downloads and changing the password. Still not working.

I tested in my Quicken this afternoon, and my Edward Jones account was able to successfully update. Is anyone still unable to update their account(s)?

Yes, it now works! I had to disconnect and reconnect the accounts, but it is now updated. Thank you.
