Projected balance in checking no longer shows full statement balance of upcoming bills (Q Mac)
After the last update there has been a change in how upcoming bills appear in the projected balance of the account (in my case, my checking account) that I pay them from,
Under the Bills tab, the eBill displays the way I intend it to: showing the full statement balance.
But now, when I am in my checking account and it populates upcoming bills, the amount shown is only the minimum payment due.
How do I get the projected balance in my checking account back to displaying the full statement balance of an upcoming bills?

Hello @mjgolden,
Thanks for reaching out — I definitely understand wanting your projected balance to reflect the full statement balance for accurate planning. I’d love to ask a few questions to better understand what’s happening after the update:
- Just to confirm, are you referring specifically to online-linked eBills where Quicken is pulling the minimum due and statement balance directly from your biller, or are some of these bills manually entered or reminders?
- In the Bills & Income tab, when you view the eBill, it shows the full statement balance — does it also clearly show the minimum due as a separate value? Or has that field changed?
- Are you using manual reminders tied to the eBill, or just relying on the eBill alone to populate your checking account’s Projected Balance?
- Has anything changed in how the eBill is scheduled or linked to the checking account since the update? Sometimes relinking the payment account can change how amounts are displayed.
- Lastly, are you seeing this change with just one eBill, or are all your upcoming eBill entries now showing only the minimum in Projected Balances?
