Split Transaction Category Printing on Voucher Checks but not the Memo for Each Line

I am using Quicken Classic Premier. I am printing a voucher check (1 check and 2 stubs). The split categories are appearing on the stubs but not the memo for each line. Everything I have researched indicated that there should be an option to select when printing but I do not have the "Print Split Transactions" to check.

    In Edit / Preferences / Write Checks have you enabled the setting "Print categories on voucher checks"?
    If not, please do so.

    There is no other option for "printing detail" or similar when printing voucher checks.

    The Split category line's Memo text does print on my stubs.

    Could I trouble you to attach or include images of the following?

    • a scanned-in image of a printed stub showing the issue
    • an image snapshot of this transaction's Split Transaction Detail view or a CTRL-P register report of this transaction with Split Detail.

    Be sure to have sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy.
