I'm trying to set up a bill reminder for a new account. When I got to the estimated amount due field, the option to use the current account balance is not there.. That option is still there for reminders I set up years ago. What brilliant programmer thought it would be a nifty idea to delete that option of estimating the amount?

I am running R62.16 and am still seeing it being available for credit card accounts. Is that the kind of new account you are trying to set up the bill reminder for?

If so, which version of Quicken do you have installed? (Help > About Quicken)

  • @Old Tex in order for the " Current Credit Card Balance" option to show up, you need to set up the credit card payment reminder as a bill (and not as a transfer). In the category field, put the credit card account name in brackets.
