How do I generate one report for multiple Groups broken out by Group?
I am creating four Groups- Living Expense, Lifestyle, Discretionary and Taxes. I want to generate one report that lists these four groups with the categories and subcategories for each Group broken out. I see no option to do this other than run four separate spending reports for each Group. Suggestions?

To subtotal by Category Group, you can use the Banking > Cash Flow or the more flexible Banking > Cash Flow by Tag report.
Click on the gear to customize, and on the Display tab, next to Organization select Category Group.
If you only want to include some of your Category Groups, you can go to the Category Groups tab and select the ones to include.

How about creating each of your groups as a SuperCategory, with appropriate regular categories below the 4 as sub-categories?
Then, you just run a Spending by Category report, with Sub-cats shown.

Super Categories would work but I'd need to redo all the categories. Kind of defeats the purpose of having Groups if you can't get broken out reporting.

It's not apparent why you'd need to anything more than creating the SuperCats and then moving the existing cats under one of the SuperCats. A one-time exercise of maybe 5-10 minutes.
SO, please elaborate.

Agree with comments from NotACPA. It is very easy to do. Also if you want groups and categories to appear in a certain order on your reports you can precede the group and category name with a number. For example the group taxes could be 600 Taxes. The categories under this group could be 60005 Federal Income Tax; 60010 State Income Tax; 60015 Local Income Tax; and so on. Lifestyle expenses group could be 400 Lifestyle Expenses, with the same sequence of category names. We use Quicken to manage our church receipts and expenses. Works great and reporting has so many options.

Thanks everyone.
Jim Harmon nailed it with the Banking > Cash Flow Report and under Organization select Category Group. Prints out perfectly by Group and then subcategories. No super categories needed. Thanks Jim!
