AMEX data download in Quicken Home & Business Canada

Quicken will not allow me to set-up Amex as a Credit Card account with Download capabilities.

Amex does support send QFX files.

Which American Express site are you using (e.g., amex.ca, amex.com)?
Have you previously been able to download transactions into Quicken Canada for this account, or is this your first time trying?
Are you receiving the QFX file directly from the AMEX website, and is the download completing successfully?
