Nothing works after Merrill Lynch reauthorization

I'm having the same issues with Merrill Lynch. I have deactivated, re-activated, Reset, etc. many times. Each time I have to re-link the accounts to existing accounts in Quicken. Sometimes it won't let me make any choices when re-linking. Then nothing still works. I have done this 4-5 times over the last week and still can't get it to work. Nothing is downloading.

Is this issue being worked on?

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hello @davewendroff,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. When you say it sometimes won't let you make choices when re-linking, could you please provide more information? Do you mean that it shows "Don't add to Quicken"? If that is what you're seeing, that typically means that Quicken sees the account as already connected, and won't let you add/link it again.

When you say nothing still works, do you mean that nothing is downloading? What account types are you seeing this issue with (IRA, Brokerage, 401k, etc.)? We do have an alert for missing transactions from Merrill Lynch, which may apply to your issue, depending on the account type you're encountering this problem with. For more details, please see the alert:

If the issue isn't with transactions, then please provide more information on exactly what isn't working, what error messages/codes you see (if any), and if possible, please include screenshots of the problems you're encountering (with any personal information redacted). If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

I look forward to your reply!
