New Quicken Connection with Fidelity treats FZDXX as both Money Market & Cash

I am a Quicken Mac user (Classic subscription) and currently, I'm seeing a problem (reported to Quicken on 7/30 with Quicken ticket number = 118 80 730) where my money market fund FZDXX was previously treated as a money market, but with the new connection, I am seeing this treated as both CASH and also a Money Market position so my account market value is equal to the "Correct Balance + balance of FZDXX", which I believe is also being seen by Windows users. Are any Mac users also seeing this problem? I have gone back to my old connection for the time being which does not have the issue, and I'm contemplating moving back to the Windows version of Quicken if its more stable. I notice there was a pause on the migration on the Windows side but the pause has been lifted… does this mean that Windows issues with Fidelity, in particular the handling of money market funds has been resolved on the windows side??

I am getting the same problem with Fidelity FZEXX Money Market being treated as both Cash and a Money Market position. I have to zero out the incorrect cash balance to fix the problem. I will report the problem like you noted.

I added FDZXX to the security list. It wasn't there.

    Type: Mutual Fund

    Asset Class: Money Market.

    Deleted the placeholder.

    Shut down / restarted Quicken.

    Problem solved.

I was hoping that was the fix and the security was incorrect but the challenges seems to be the quantity is way off with -112.28 shares so I am showing a negative balance.

    Hello @MichaelAngelo,

    Thank you for sharing!

Hopefully this will help others encountering similar issues!

    Hello @checkyourmirrors,

To clarify, which security are you seeing this issue with (FZDXX, FDZXX, FZEXX, etc.)? Are you seeing any incorrect transactions or placeholders that may be causing this issue? Do you have any duplicate securities that may account for the missing shares?

I look forward to your response!
